Through the Turbulence

A young man with a huge smile walks through the gate entrance hearing the cars roaring around the track. The grandstands are packed with race fans of all ages. His eyes light up. He can’t get trackside fast enough. He’s in awe of what he sees. So many familiar names and faces. So many drivers he had admired watching race throughout the years. Every type of IndyCar you can imagine are in the pits and on the track. All the drivers with big smiles on their faces. One of the elder drivers tells him “Let’s see what you got kid.” [And points to a car]. As the young man walks towards the waiting car he turns and asks “Is this Indianapolis?” The response he hears is “No Daniel, this is Heaven.”
